Donald D. Eisenhower (ドナルド・D・アイゼンハワー, Donarudo D Aizenhauwa) is a Liberion General and Commander of the European front. He is based on Dwight D. Eisenhower, supreme commander of the European Theater during World War Two, and 34th president of the USA. He appears in the Strike Witches movie ordered the 101st Bomber Squadron to Bastogne to counter the Neuroi surprise attack. In Strike Witches: Road to Berlin, Eisenhower was present at the conference in Amsterdam where he bickered with the other generals about how his elite troops should take Berlin. The conference ended with Eisenhower along with other generals engaging in a scuffle as they insulted each other.
