Commanding Officer:

Elma Leivonen

Northern General Headquarters

The 507th Joint Fighter Wing is a volunteer group previously called the Suomus Independent Volunteer Aerial Squadron. To many, they bear the nickname "Silent Witches" or, less flatteringly, the "Suomus Misfit Squadron" in reference to the reputation of some squad members. As per the name, it is stationed in Suomus.

Established originally for the protection of Suomus, the 507th was previously known as the Suomus Independent Volunteer Air Squadron prior to being established as a Joint Fighter Wing. In commemoration of those great efforts, as they couldn’t reach out on the scale that was necessary, they were given the digits 507 to raise their status as a Joint Fighter Wing. The standard of the personnel was replaced from the time of establishment, but, even so Suomus witches known as being elementary in the protection of Suomus made up the core, so witches were dispatched by signatory nations.

Service historyEdit

They are confirmed to be deployed early in the war against the Neuroi in 1939, stationed in Kauhava Airbase.
